Shipping Policy
Complimentary Shipping
We offer free shipping to select countries. Currently, we ship to the US, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other countries at this time.
Delivery Times
- UAE: 1-2 days.
- GCC: Delivery within 3-5 days.
- US and the UK: Delivery within 5-7 days.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and delays may occur that are out of our control (e.g. due to weather conditions or customs clearance delays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery progress directly on the courier's website.
Customs, Duties and Taxes for International Orders
Orders are shipped from our regional fulfillment hub swftbox in Dubai, U.A.E. You will receive WhatsApp shipment updates directly on the number you’ve provided.
Customs authorities in other countries may charge import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
If your number is not registered on WhatsApp, don’t worry, you can use the tracking page here to get updates on your shipment.
Returns Policy
Effortless Returns
We want you to love your Shushiie, but if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, we offer a seamless return process.
Free Returns: Available in the UAE, US, and UK within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the product sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cotandcradle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed return instructions accordingly. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@cotandcradle.com. We’re working to expand free return shipping to other regions, so be sure to sign up for updates.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your Shushiie has a manufacturing defect, we’ll happily exchange it at no cost. Please contact us at hello@cotandcradle.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Refund Options
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@cotandcradle.com.
For international shipments, if the courier company is unable to deliver after three attempts, we can refund the product fees. However, please note that return and custom clearance fees are non-refundable.
